Phone Management
Just found a great new resource for managing your telephone via the web. GrandCentral.com allows you to create a *NEW* phone number and then manage where that phone number will ring.
As an example I can create a local 404 area code phone number and then have that number ring my office and cell phone at the same time - this way I can give out 1 number and have it call both lines - I answer with the phone that I have access to at the time. I can also add a home office phone and have the phone ring there.
This is great for mortgage brokers and real estate pros - those that must give out or publish a phone number publicly but would prefer not to give out cell phone or home office or home numbers.
Additionally there is web based voicemail, the ability to record a call while speaking and a web based contact manager that allows you to route calls based on the caller id phone number that is received.
